Rob Weisbord

Rob started in the broadcast industry in 1985 in Tampa, Florida working for WQBN a local Spanish Radio Station and eventually ended up running the station as GM. Upon the sale of the station in 1988, Rob joined WRBQ radio which at the time was the Number One Top 40 station in the country. WRBQ was the first radio station to adopt The Morning Zoo format.

In 1993, Rob joined WTVT, the CBS affiliate in Tampa, Fl as national sales manager and remained in that position until moving to Las Vegas in 1997 where he joined Sinclair Broadcast Group as Director of Sales for The WB Las Vegas and Gold 33. In 1999 Rob was promoted to General Manager of The WB Las Vegas & Gold 33. In 2000, Rob was promoted to Regional Group Manager for Sinclair where he held that position until 2007 when he jointly held the Regional Group Manager Title as well as headed up the New Media Division. Beginning in 2010 Rob took full time responsibility for overseeing the growth of New Media for Sinclair Broadcast Group.

Rob is a graduate of University of Tampa with a BS in Business Management as well as a Masters in Business Administration.
